Sarah Palin, a leader to be reckoned with.

America By Heart by the new American queen of hearts.
She sets the conservative minds aflame, and patriotic hearts aflutter. She represents the post-liberal American Truth. As reflected in 2010 election results. First she went rogue, now she wins America by heart. That’s our Sarah. The new leader for a new America. The Big Dipper.

Original Post Begins Here:
The midterm elections showed the political acumen, electoral prowess and the intuitive genius of Governor Sarah Palin. Not for the first time since leaving office, to serve the country better, did she show display the leadership qualities she is made of.
Her influence was felt everywhere on election night. In the media, on the internet and, across the world. As results trickled in, bloggers and news commentators couldn’t resist bringing her up again and again to give context to their comments, and to give meat to their argument. In the process, they revealed themselves to be less gracious, and some even less begrudging in their admiration of the Governor’s political wisdom.
Such has been the influence of Sarah Palin on election 2010 that, besides the obligatory note that the 2012 season began that night, headlines writers made a beeline to frame the entire election as a verdict on the Governor’s own political clout, ambition and future. Few dared to frame it in the obverse of the coin – it was massive Fail for the president.
‘Palin effect’ screamed Politico, but couldn’t resist the cheap shot that Sarah herself was somehow the beneficiary of it all. As if it were not the American people, not the candidates, and not the millions who felt empowered and energized through these dispiriting times. It’s the people, stupid!
Would the deep blue state of Delaware ever have witnessed such attention, energy and thoughtfulness without Sarah’s encouragement, without the presence of an enthusiastic O’Donnell? Would a Sean Bielat have ever have had even a chance a taking a run at someone like Barney Frank, were it not for the so-called Palin effect.
Governor Sarah Palin chose to lead the American people along a certain path. People followed. The pundits seem to not get it, that what Obama did in ‘08, Palin is doing now. Yet, for her there are no accolades, only Left-Handed compliments!
Texas For Sarah Palin has great listings of the Governor’s successes!
After a reluctant lead-in, one big media outlet had to concede the real news by burying the truth in the detail:
Six of her selected Senate candidates won on Tuesday…. In gubernatorial races, four of Palin’s endorsements packed a punch, including Nikki Haley in South Carolina who credited her initial primary win to the Fox analyst’s endorsement….. …Of 24 House races that were decided as of late Tuesday night, Palin projected 17 winners. ABC News
Also somewhat reluctantly:
the former GOP vice presidential nominee backed 43 candidates for the House. Thirty of them won, with races involving nine others still undecided. Her record in Senate races was closer: She endorsed 12 candidates. Seven won. Though it’s been 15 months since Palin stepped down as Alaska governor, she was very much in this election, stumping for candidates across the country, skewering President Obama at every turn. CBS News.
Truth is that Sarah Palin won, won big. Governors, Senators, across the nation won due to her endorsement. Almost all of her original Take Back Twenty won. Many later endorsees won too! But the lefty media can’t stomach it, and they will continue to carp until the inevitable – her final triumph – and then they will jump on the bandwagon of the victorious. For, the media always looks back, they are celebrants of what has happened, seen through the prism of their bias. The elites are not seers of what could be achieved through a spirited and steadfast activism based on principles.
Such is the legend of our Sarah even before her time has begun. Politics in the America of November 2010 had no other point of reference than the giant shadow cast by the brilliant lady from Alaska. There is more to come.
Sarah Palin knows what she needs to do to convince the real America that she is for real. She knows how to proceed, what she needs to learn, where she needs to focus. She knows her strengths and she knows what she is up against. She knows how to build her case for America, to America, Only the foolish will fail to grasp the grace and virtues of the tough woman of the tundra. She is just warming up!
