You are Welcome bonniezink!
Sorry about the 404, I fixed it, I think. Try it!

This is what I did. I created a blank post and appended a contact form for it, ie. simply typed [contact-form] at the end of the post. I titled this post Use This Form To Email Me. For convenience, I flagged this post private so a blank post with a wierd title won't show up during scrolling. Also, I edited the publication time to such a date as to bury it way back in time, out of the way of all recent posts. Next, I created a text widget, found a cute, free clipart of a mail box. I made the text widget into an image link, the image is linked to my own blank post with the contact form. Voila, now people can comment to me in a general way, about whatever.

Clicking on it gives a simple contact form, filling it and submitting it triggers an email to me. It seems to work now. Another WordPerfect marvel!

I appreciate your kind remarks, thanks for taking the time!

Thank you so much for the kudos! Now a question for you? How did you get that nifty email box on your blog? Is it supposed to open a link to email you? When I click on it, I get an error code :(

Thanks again sharmajee! I do LOVE the WordPress Experience and many knitter friends have jumped on this ship with me.
