Sometimes I just wish the media and Lib-logs would just shut up about Sarah not answering questions or not speaking her mind. Listening to some of their rants, you would think she is some mystery person behind a curtain. Fact is, we know a lot about who Sarah is and what she opines. Sarah has been a public person and an open book for a long time!
I have posted before some older available clips of her media appearances done before being nominated, they weren’t as widely known. And I do urge you to view them if you haven’t, at Sarah Palin Interviews.
And, of course, just the other day, I posted the CBS clip of her chatting with Katie Couric.
During her visit to New York City and the UN, in which she got a crash course on foreign policy and met international heads of state, Sarah also visited Ground Zero and after visiting a memorial gallery, took some questions from reporters, yes she gave an interview people and answered questions. (This is not a youtube clip, so you do have to sit through the commercial). I just love the way she pronounces you-nited, and the tribute to the good people of New York is a nice touch too.
Incidentally, lost in all of this is the little bit about Oprah refusing to interview Sarah back in, wow just three weeks ago! Now it all makes sense. As well put by the the Red State boys, it’s all about diminishing Sarah!
By roundly, unanimously, concertedly and serially dismissing Sarah, who strikes fear in their false-feminist hearts, the leaders of opinion thought they can force Sarah to back down and bow out. The relentless rumor mill, the incessant demand for media access, the fake standard of foreign experience etc. etc. were all just a frustrated leftwing’s response to someone that didn’t fit their mold, and someone they desperately wanted gone from equation. That attitude alone, make me like her even more. The opinion leaders weren’t even willing to give her a chance, and let the voters decide. In typical Obama style of winning an election, they just wished to take her off the ballot altogether, even before the election!
Imagine, in just three short weeks, Sarah burst on the national stage, endeared herself to her base, her party, the Pumas, many Hillary voters, many independents, and in the process scared the pants off the the leftwing Obama Democrats. She really must be something, huh. No wonder the media is coming unglued.

so let me get this straight, you thought her performance on Katie Couric was good??? This is why she doesn’t give interviews. She sucks at it.

So, we disagree.
